Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern how you use labourscott.garden and the services Labourscott Septic offers through it. By browsing the site, calling the number shown or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Labourscott Septic Does

Labourscott Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, manage or direct them, and we promise nothing about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it matters, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact, email contact@labourscott.garden at any time.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Labourscott Septic or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Labourscott Septic is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is" with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
